The rules that keep Relco safe and trusted for clinics, their clients and carriers.

Last updated: October 4, 2026

This page is in English for every language. The English version governs.

Why this policy exists

Relco works because clinics use it responsibly. This policy keeps the service safe and trusted for everyone it touches.

You agree not to

  • Use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful.
  • Call or text people without valid consent, or ignore opt-out requests.
  • Send spam, bulk unsolicited marketing, or content carriers prohibit.
  • Use Relco to give medical, dosing or treatment advice.
  • Present Mia as a person, or tell a caller who asks that they are not talking to an AI.
  • Upload data you have no right to use, or medical records the service is not meant to hold.
  • Disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape or gain unauthorized access to the service, including the demo on this site.
  • Resell or sublicense the service, or use it to build a competing product.

Messaging conduct

If you send texts through Relco, you are responsible for valid consent, accurate sender identity, honoring STOP requests, and following the TCPA and carrier rules. Details are in our Messaging Terms.

Enforcement

If we believe use breaks this policy or risks harm to people, carriers or the service, we may limit, suspend or end access, with or without notice depending on severity. We may report unlawful activity to the authorities. Repeated or serious violations can lead to termination under our Terms of Service.
