Messaging Terms

The terms for text messages that clinics send through Relco, including how to stop them.

Last updated: October 4, 2026

This page is in English for every language. The English version governs.

The program

Med spas use Relco to answer calls and texts they can't take. When you call a clinic that uses Relco and the call goes unanswered, the clinic may send you a text about your call (Text-Back). Replying continues the conversation: Relco answers questions from the clinic's price list and captures your preferred time, and a person at the clinic confirms any appointment.

Each clinic is the sender of its messages. Relco is the platform that delivers them. Messages are sent by SMS through our carrier partner, Twilio.

Opting out of texts does not cancel an appointment you have booked; contact the clinic to change it.

Your privacy

We never sell your phone number, and we never share mobile information or text message opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing. Mobile data is used only to deliver the messages you agreed to and to support and secure the service. See our Privacy Policy.

For clinics using Relco

You are responsible for collecting valid consent before messaging your customers, for honoring opt-outs, for registering your text messaging with carriers as required, and for messaging in line with the TCPA, carrier rules and our Terms of Service. Relco never sends medical advice by text, and neither may you through Relco.
