When a call to your spa goes unanswered, Text-Back texts the caller within seconds, asks what they were calling about, qualifies the reply and captures the consult for your team. It goes live in 1 to 2 days and costs $197/mo USD.

Relco works alongside Boulevard, Vagaro, Zenoti, Mangomint and Aesthetics Pro. Mia captures the consult with the treatment and preferred time, and your team confirms it in the software you already use. No direct integration is live yet.
For each captured consult, your team gets the caller's name and number, the treatment they asked about and their preferred time. Your team then confirms the appointment in your booking software.
Because Mia does not write into your calendar today. A person on your team checks the time against your schedule and confirms with the client, which keeps double bookings out and keeps your team in charge of the book.
Relco's AI Front Desk is $497/mo USD plus a $750 USD one-time setup. Text-Back alone is $197/mo USD plus $250 USD setup. Reviews and Reactivation is an optional add-on at +$300/mo USD.
No. Plans renew monthly in USD and you can cancel any time; cancelling stops the next renewal. If you prefer, pay annually and get 12 months for the price of 10.
Yes. If Relco is not a fit, ask for your first month's subscription fee back within 30 days of going live. Setup fees and carrier charges are not refunded.
The one-time setup, $250 USD for Text-Back or $750 USD for the AI Front Desk, covers loading your treatments, prices and hours into Mia's script, forwarding your number, and testing calls with you before launch. Founding clinics get it waived.
